1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Tabsy. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Tabsy website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by NameVerse, Inc. ("NameVerse," "Tabsy," "we," "our," or "us"). Tabsy is a product and trademark of NameVerse, Inc. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
Tabsy provides a cloud-based platform for businesses to manage client relationships, create estimates and invoices, manage projects, facilitate contract signing, and process payments.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
4. Subscription and Payments
Pricing: Tabsy LPM tiers: Starter (2u) $70/mo, Growth (5u) $150/mo, Team (10u) $250/mo, Pro (20u) $400/mo, Scale (30u) $600/mo. Tabsy Express (solo) $39/mo. Annual plans save 20%.
Demo Access: Prospective customers can book a live demo to see the Services before subscribing. New subscriptions begin with a 30-day free trial; the payment method provided at signup is charged when the trial ends unless the subscription is cancelled before then (see Free Trial and Refunds).
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe.
Free Trial and Refunds: New subscriptions begin with a 30-day free trial; cancel during the trial and you will never be billed. Once billing begins, fees are non-refundable and cancelling stops future billing (you keep access through the current period).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Services for fraudulent purposes
6. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to your content. You grant Tabsy a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the Services.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with third-party services including payment processors and e-signature providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all software, designs, and content are owned by NameVerse, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
TABSY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Tabsy in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your content within 30 days.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
