The first 4 weeks are the most intensive. Sessions are longer to cover the heavy lifting: gathering information about your business, mapping out your processes, configuring the system, and getting your team trained. This is where the foundation is built.

What are the follow-up sessions for?

After the initial setup, follow-up sessions are shorter and focused on refinement. We address questions that come up as your team uses the system, make adjustments to processes, handle additional customizations, and ensure everything is running smoothly.

What kind of customizations are included?

Small customizations are included in every package. This covers things like custom fields, workflow adjustments, report configurations, template modifications, and other tweaks to make Tabsy fit your specific business needs. Larger development projects would be scoped separately.

How do on-site visits work?

For on-site packages, we come to your location to work directly with your team. This is ideal for hands-on training, observing your current workflows in action, and building the system alongside the people who will use it. Travel arrangements are coordinated after booking. On-site sessions are supplemented with follow-up Zoom sessions to continue the work remotely.

Which package is right for me?

The 16-hour online package is great for smaller businesses with straightforward processes. The 40-hour online package is best for businesses with more complex workflows or larger teams.
