Welcome to Tabsy. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Tabsy website, applications, and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Services

Tabsy provides a cloud-based platform for businesses to manage client relationships, create estimates and invoices, manage projects, facilitate contract signing, and process payments.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Subscription and Payments

Pricing: $20/month for the first user, plus $5/month for users 2-10, and $1/month for users 11+.

Free Trial: New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card required.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Use the Services for fraudulent purposes

6. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to your content. You grant Tabsy a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the Services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

TABSY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Tabsy in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your content within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
